Supercars: Scotty McLaughlin To Use Dial-Up For Next iRacing Round To Restore “Parity”

After being absolutely swamped with protests by Triple 8 after Scott McLaughlin won two out of the three opening races of the Supercars All Stars Eseries Presented by Coronavirus, Paulie the Parity Pelican has announced that series leader Scott McLaughlin will be required to use a dial-up connection at the next round, in what Roland Dane hopes will allow at least one of his drivers to look half decent.

The news comes after DJR Team Penske scored a 1-2 in the first race, with an uncharacteristically good Fabian Coulthard restoring the natural order of things in race 2 by crashing, and then further confirming that it was indeed Fabs driving by getting involved in a massive pileup at the start of race 3 at Monza.

“Let this be a warning to anyone not in a Holden. If you try to win the race, you will be re-educated.” Paulie explained.

The Waterton Chronicle understands Scotty McLaughlin will turn up to the next round with Dodo sponsorship, in an apparent nod to how good Dodo internet is.

More to come.
