In a developing story, reports suggest Supercars might have launched their latest attempt to stop Scott McLaughlin winning in the lead up to the BP Supercars E-Series, with Paulie the Parity Pelican apparently not happy with the popularity of Scotty McLaughlin’s Twitch stream.

The Waterton Chronicle has learned that Paulie is apparently concerned that Scotty might have breached parity rules by having an entertaining Twitch stream where he has some fun and a few laughs with some of his mates.

“This is a serious business, and we can’t afford to have people like him skylarking around making people laugh.” squawked the seabird.

Paulie told The Waterton Chronicle the “organisation” has employed an infinite number of pelicans to read over the existing Supercars rulebook and see if they can find anything that allows them to throw another penalty Scotty’s way.

“Science suggests they’ll find something, but if they don’t we’ll probably just make something up anyway.” Paulie explained, with a chuckle.
