ScoMo Calls In Hillsong Church To Sort Out Drought

Current Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has today assured the nation that he has sorted out the dust-bowl situation in Queensland and New South Wales overnight.

With the aid package offered to farmers and their animals fast becoming more expensive than he can really deal with, ScoMo has taken the more unconventional approach of heading to Hillsong Church for an evening of prayer.

“This government is committed to doing whatever it takes to make the rain come. Unfortunately it’s just costing too much at the moment and (Hillsong Leader) Brian Houston pointed out that we’d be better off paying him to talk to God about it, so that’s what we did” he explained.

“How good is God?!” he added.

More to come.
